I'm thinking of subletting a condo for a month at Srithana 1. I'm in Bangkok now and can't check it out. I know the building as I stayed there about 10 years ago. The building itself was a dump then so I'm assuming it's not any better now. That's OK with me as the room may be in good condition. (I haven't seen pictures yet.) The price and the location are good.

I'm just curious if there is currently any construction going on in or around the building or any other problems I should know about. I hate construction noise!

I imagine someone that lives there will notice this after awhile.

If it is just one month I assume it is for a holiday or business. What parts of Chiang Mai do you want to be convenient to? There may be better options.
