Teaching TOEFL exam preparation - Useful resources?

Does anyone here teach TOEFL exam preparation?

I have some good experience in teaching IELTS exam preparation, but have not yet taught TOEFL preparation.

If you are experienced in teaching TOEFL, are there any salient or important points (or problems) to mention, or important differences between the TOEFL and IELTS exams?

Can you recommend any specific websites or online resources?

OP, unless you already have the work lined up, it seems to me that there would be more of a market teaching TOEIC.

TOEIC scores are needed for many jobs here, including many government jobs, airlines, large manufacturers, non NES teachers, etc.

I was and still am amazed at the number of graduating uni students that didn't pay enough attention to that requirement and can't apply for many jobs that they might otherwise be eligible for.

Lots of stuff online, but I don't have any particular recommendation for you.
