Thai newsletter.

Hi all.

Had a lot of problems with my phone and was told to uninstall everything then re do, but since I done thai visa, now I can't get the newsletter. Please help.

I am having about the same problem. The notifications isn't loading from my phone which in turn means I can not look at any recent news from where I am subscribed to.

I uninstalled TV and reinstalled it again and then cleared the cache in my phone. I emailed the support and they told me to do the same thing. When I told them I had done all that, they said there was nothing they could do.

As much as I like the ease of accessing the local and regional news, the site is extremely time consuming to navigate to find that now the way it is. Unreasonably so. They should have a link to their homepage in the mobile app or some other means to access my news rather than the unread or subscribed to link.

BTW! This has only been happening the last 2 weeks. Prior to that it worked perfectly.

Hi Topman, when you say you cannot get the newsletter can you explain more? Which nesletter can you pm me your email address that you subscribed with so i can check?
