Replacing battery in ASUS Tablet

I have an ASUS tablet,

The battery will not hold a charge very long.

I was wondering if there is an ASUS service center in Chiang Mai or somewhere that can

replace a battery for me.

From what I understand it is not as simple as just unplugging the old and plugging in a new one.
