DIY Workshop, Shared Workspace, Ect... (Wood, Plastic, Metal, Heavy Sewing)... ?

I thought that I read somewhere that one of the Homepro's had a shop that you could use tools like table saw router etc...

I would like to find a couple of shops set up with all necessary tools that I can use.

Back in the states there were a couple of shops that would rent out the space and equipment for use to competent users.

I am looking for places that I can do any of the fallowing:

wood working (saws, planers, routers, electric sanders, etc...)

plastic and composite (fiberglass, carbon fiber, etc...)

industrial sewing (Sewing thick materials like denim and canvas with a walking foot machine...)

Metal work (Welding Tig, Mig, Arc and milling...)

I want to make prototypes that I can test and then show local manufacturers to get production quotes and work done.

I think the wood shop should be the easiest but I do not even know where to buy composite supplies in Bangkok yet.

A couple years ago I saw that a makerspace had been opened in Bangkok, unfortunately I found out just as they were closing... Bangkok Makerspace, look it up; I'm not sure if it's still semi-open, you may write to them to check.
There is an active makerspace, Home of Maker, but they focus mostly on electronics, they don't have much more than a small drill press and a few 3D printers available to manufacture stuff.
I would like to be able to go to a place like that for some of my projects, getting access to a table saw, bandsaw, large router, etc, etc... Basically big, noisy and dirty stuff that I rather not do at home.

For now I'm setting up my own small workshop, I'm currently thinking of either building a CO2 laser cutter or buying a small lathe to add to the toolkit.

Thought about opening one up in Patts. Recon it would be a money spinner. Maby also a room with just computer key boards in so the key board warriors would have somewhere to go if their home computer breaks down and they are suffering withdrawal.

@AleG

Thanks for the info Home of Maker http://www.homeofmaker.com/?page_id=26 looks really good for electronics and small projects. I will add them to my list of resources.

I found a place that has industrial sewing machines but she wanted to charge me the same price that she does for a one day teaching workshop of 3500 Baht. Way to much for just using the equipment for a day.

Not having any luck yet with any other types of shops... =[

Anyone else... ??
