Pattaya is just waiting to be reborn as a fresh city, a retreat for Thai families two hrs from BKK. You can toss in whatever adult oriented businesses in CM as well. This is provided the choice to go or stay is not up to the management of the establishment, only the employee. The Dark Side of the massage parlours and other establishments is often a different equation however. The pimps and those who exploit people are the ones who should be prosecuted. The law is the ass in most cases, as the pimps etc only exist to circumvent the law. If it was regulated in a constructive way the whole thing would be much safer and healthier for the parties involved. But that's just my view........
