I want to buy a car or motorbike second hand/ new… is there a drivers association that can make a buyers mechanical test of the vehicle prior to purchase ??? if i buy second hand / new from a shop will there be a guarantee ? my wife said if we buy even new from a company there is no gurantee whatsoever , hard to believe if it is a new item… ???? any consumer laws here?
