You really should get your facts straight sometimes.

Full time live in maid in HKG is minimum HK$4,210. Mandatory one day off a week (usually Sunday). You are also compelled to pay for her return ticket on termination or expiry of contract. You must also take out compulsory insurance as well as free medical treatment. You must also provide food and lodging. All these things in HKG costs a lot of money. And you are saying that a full time maid in Bkk costs more? Like I said, get your facts straight.

Regarding rental, you must be the only person in this whole world that thinks Hkg is better value (value means taking into account quality) than Thailand.

Since you claim to be a poor guy, you should focus less on quality and focus more on quantity. Because, if you want quality and want to go out from your door and find a clean street, you can find this pretty much everywhere in Switzerland and large parts of Europe, Australia etc.

As to quality life with quality service, sorry to tell you that that's not normally available to poor people. We live in a capitalist society, you know.

The rest of your post is just babble. I lived in Hkg for 7 years. I still travel there once every 3-4 months. To say that Hkg is cheaper that Thailand is just plain nonsense. If so, the salaries won't be 2-3 times higher than Thailand.
