Got to be one of the most irritating presenters ever with his chronic hand gesticulations and mis-pronounciations. The Mayor who allegedly forced a reporter to strip to his underwear was the Mayor of where, Khon Kie En? Where in the north east is that?

Perhaps to highlight an alternative method of selling something you can't sell - raffle it off.

Raffle off your condo, restaurant, bar, business etc.

I saw an interview with the previous owner. He said he sold around 75,000 tickets to people in many different countries, at an average of $41 (entrants got a discount for the more tickets they bought) that equals to a sale over $3,000,000.

Maybe some people in Thailand might use the same method to sell, in the future.

As far as I know such things are illegal in Thailand. If they weren't then there would probably be a hundred thousand houses and condos being offered for sale in that way.
