Hi,

I will be going to Phnom Penh soon and I would like to know if there are any shops similar to HomePro/DIY type store, where I can buy light fittings/leds/some tools etc.

I searched as much as I could online and found nothing, meaning is there nothing?

If anyone can let me know or recommend a place I should visit.

There are no large shops of the type you describe, in fact really no "superstores" of any sort.

 

You have to go to different smaller stores depending on what it is you need.

 

In Phnom Pengh, there are some good hardware stores on Mao Tse Tung Blvd from around the Toul Tum Pound pagoda to the Hotel Intercontinetal and these also carry some home improvement supplies as well as tools and hardware.  There is also one on the top floor of the Sovanna Mall.

 

 

nope; u will find everything in Thailand so bring it with you.

prices are higher, selection less, as most all of the goods come across form thailand,  Even supermarket prices are on the average higher for 85% of goods
