Marriage Requirements Filipina Citizen with another Foreigner

What are the requierements for Filipina Citizen to marry with another foreigner at the local Amphoe , in Chiangmai?

Would the CENOMAR be enough proof to marry or is the CLCCM unavoidable??

What are the costs and proceed to marry at Amphoe??

The man and the woman are both foreigners, so they  will both need the Affidavit of Freedom to Marry supplied by each of their Embassies, translated and legalised at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

I believe the actual fee is less than 100 baht at the Amphur - however you will need 2 witnesses. If you can not supply these yourself then they can normally be arranged for a small fee.

In addition, you both either need to be able to speak Thai, or supply your own translator, or pay a fee if the Amphur can arrange it for you.

for a bit of your own protection, try to get married over in the Philippines itself.

You can never be sure whether she hasn't already a husband back home, and by insisting marriage back in her hometown, will go far in clearing up whether there is anything underfoot happening (unsaid) behind your back.

I, by a pure fluke, copped a bad girl, but she wasn't smart enough to foil me, even though I didn't realise this 'foiling' until later... after we 'separated'

She was really still married domestically back in filoland, and at the time it was strange why she was so much insisting we marry where we were, living away (not in Philippines)

It is not too far to fly from BKK, for the peace of mind.

Do it in an actual RC Church, and make sure it is in her home province, and nowhere else farflung province/island away in some far part of PH.

A filo couple cannot actually Divorce, but after 5 years separated they are still free to do what ever else they want

Thank you , as i found out we both need different documents issued from different embassy. She will need a so called CLCCM, issued in our case at the Honorary consulate in CNX , which is based on a CENOMAR , obtaining only in the Phillies.
