Why do I have to always sign in every time I want to go on Thaivisa?

I always have the box ticked to stay signed in. So just what is wrong?

Are you deleting your browser cookies by any chance ?

Use Ccleaner ? Or any other "Clean your PC" programs ?

If you delete your cookies then you can press that button "signed in" for ever and ever but you will not stay signed in.

Some more info please. Browser and OS for starters

Thanks, I do use Ccleaner, and I willcheck about the cookies.

the method I use now:

create new window

go to the address bar, and type 'thaivisa'  BUT nothing else, don't press Enter

view the pulldown list of the Address bar, and look for any Entry, such as the one that shows "...www.thaivisa.com/forum/followed/..."

click on that, and you are IN

Start CCleaner

Click Options

Click Cookies

In top of that Left Screen (where it says (Cookies on Computer) )

you see "Search": Type thaivisa

If they are there, select ALL the Thaivisa cookies with CTRL + CLICK

After that press the -> button (which is located in between those 2 screens) that moves them to the "Cookies to keep" Section.

Ps: I have in the "Cookies to keep" Section 2 Thaivisa cookies

thaivisa.com

www.thaivisa.com

Thanks very much I have cleared the cookies, I will see what happens now.

If you have cleared the cookies, you should start Ccleaner again and in the "Cookies to keep" section the 2 Thaivisa cookies should still be seen, BUT

the "cookies on Computer" section should be COMPLETELY EMPTY

Like this:

Edit: Don't worry about the whitespaces between my thaivisa.com and www.thaivisa.com, I save a lot of cookies :D
