It may be much later if at all depending on the Junta-appointed Senate's political agenda.

Under Section 256,

(3) – “the voting in the first reading for acceptance in principle shall be by roll call and open voting, and the amendment must be approved by the votes of not less than one-half of the total number of the existing members of both Houses, therein must include the number of members of the Senate of not less than one-third of the existing members of the Senate…”

(6) – “ the voting in the third and final reading shall be by roll call and open voting, and its promulgation as the Constitution must be approved by the votes of more than one-half of the total number of the existing members of both Houses, therein must include the number of members of the House of Representatives from the political parties which have no members holding the position of Minister, the President or the Vice-Presidents of the House of Representatives of not less than twenty percents of the total number of members of all such political parties, and must include the number of members of the Senate of not less than one-third of the existing members of the Senate
