I checked that lead and its fairly bogus. They want quite a bit of info prior to ever letting you view the jobs offered section. I tried to input the data anyway just to see what they had, and lo and behold there was a website computer error!

As for the khmer440 forum, it has it's good and bad points.

The admin at 440 will help if you ask long enough and don't upset them.

I may post what i've gained from other sites on khmer440 so other people
