Biomechanical specialist

Featured Replies

Suffering from chronic headaches, low back pain, upper back pain, groin pain and knee pain for years, since I experienced a really bad car accident in 2006, I've seen many doctors who couldn't help me. Being a personal trainer myself I was about to inject peptides to get rid of the nagging "injuries" holding me back making progress, despite I did all the "right" things. Then I found out about Toshi Toyoda, a biomechanical specialist, chiropractor, acupuncturist and personal trainer, who treated me a lot more specific, to say the least. He taught me a lot of MAT (muscle activation techniques) and stuck some needles in the right muscles. I thought I was very aware of my posture and exercise performance, but with a few cues he showed me how to correct myself. This guy knows his stuff. He's not cheap, but for sure worth it. Wish I met him 10 years ago. If you're dealing with chronic pain and live in Thailand, don't hesitate to contact him.  He's got his company in Phuket, but is staying in CM for the moment. This is his website: http://www.biomc.com/biomc/home/

Hope this helps anybody with chronic pain!

Best,

Alexis
