webfact Posted September 7, 2016 Share Posted September 7, 2016 NACC declares the Rajabhakti Park project above board BANGKOK: -- The National Anti-Corruption Commission has declared the Rajabhakti Park project in Hua Hin above board by a unanimous vote of 9:0. NACC chairman Pol Gen Watcharapol Prasarnratchakit said Wednesday that the anti-graft panel voted nine against zero to declare the Rajabhakti Park project above board after it found no irregularities in the implementation of the project and that the project was undertaken in accordance with rules and regulations. He said the commission had received good cooperation from the investigation panels of the army and the Defence Ministry in providing evidences to the commission and in facilitating witnesses to be questioned by the commission. It's like if someone would rob a bank and then give the money back, and the judicial would decide that, as the money was given back, there is no crime. Oh, sorry, I forgot, the NACC is "independent". This comes from a man who himself is part of an organization with a proven track record spanning decades of dedicated, selfless service to the public - and no corruption at all within RTP - regarding compliance with rules and regulations, there should be no surprise as those rules were expertly crafted by master rulers and hammered and bent to follow every twist and turn, opening loop holes, worm holes and other orifices as needed.
