There are several Tae Kwan Do  dojos around Chiang Mai. They most likely have them for sale. And there are several Karate clubs that meet every night at the sports complex near the Chiang Puak Bus Station. Someone there might be able to point you in the right direction.

I tried looking for one in many many places about two years ago.  Closest I came was the MMA type place near Airport Plaza.  Even then limited sizes and colour...basically a handful.  They suggested that there was really no good place to buy in CM (and by then I had been to quite a few) and that most people now order on line and get shipped from the States.

At the moment I am not sure how long I will train so do not want to buy a new one.
