Chaeng Wattana immigration does the same thing. It gives them an extra hour to clear the ones that they are already processing instead of dealing with new ones.

Others who use this immigration office might be interested to know that when I was there yesterday, it was a 100% female office, the two aggressive males were not there, and it seemed a very jovial atmosphere.
