Dose anyone know of a company that cleans/treats  the mould, dirt etc of the exterior of buildings, using chemicals and jet washer /water blasters?

its a big problem here and caused mainly by the lack of technical knowledge, tight spending habits. When they finish building no one does an acid wash to neutralize the lime, then they do not use quality block fillers under the top coats, they water all the paint down and the paint is very substandard compared to western countries, they do not add mould inhibitors either or have it in the actual paint. They also like to paint well before the building have had a chance to actually dry out fully so that the moisture is still pushing out after all the paint is on, they do not prepare the surfaces correctly, remove all the loose material, the list simply goes on and on because no one wants to spend the extra money to do it all correctly. Once painted it is hard to control the problem, a combination of bleach and water applied on over the mouldy areas then left for a while before blasting off with high pressure is the best way to go but getting locals to do it properly  is near impossible as they want to do it cheaply and easily for them, I had to do mine myself. Trouble is due to the original paint etc it will return before too long, its easier to get your own water pressure machine and do it yourself as required.

Thank you for opinions, the reason I ask is I own a professional  exterior cleaning business in New Zealand and have been asked to operate in Thailand with the Hotel/Resort area. Don't get me wrong I worked in Borneo spent all of my leave in Asia/Thailand. So are interested to see whats out there and conditions from your point of view. Cheers

It's quite easy to clean a bit of elbow grease and a few hours. But if you supervise the painters in the first place or do the painting yourself it stops the problem a gave my house 3 ft up from nase outside and 2 foot from floor level inside a spraying with a anti mould formula then when dry two coats of primmer/underseal with anti mold inhibitors in it indide and out top to bottom I then used a good outside waterproof paint again with a mould inhibitor in it. And to finish the outside off a waterproof spray can't remember what it's called here I know it as johnson brick waterproofer back in UK. Not called same here but available at most diy shops global ect. Maybe a bit overboard but it has worked never yet (touch wood) had any sort of mould problem. Took about four weeks to do all house. Inside I just used a good  silk emulsion waterproof as I would have used in bathroom/kitchen in UK.
