What is the going rate for a dowery in Thailand? Please also take into account that my fiance comes from a very rich family :o

Apparently her mother tried to arrange a marriage a few months ago for money, but was subsequently vetoed by my now fiance. So irrespective of Mom's 'rich' status, she's still obviously looking for money out of this deal. I want to know how much to expect to shell out. I'm afraid it will be more than I can afford.
