breaking ground at hillside 4

I was told by someone who claimed to know that an open-air market is going in there (but I personally can't guarantee the info).

Presuming they ultimately pave over most of that spot (which previously has been pretty much wetland), I'm curious as to what will happen after the first big rain.  Probably won't know that until next summer.

The plans for the layout and construction of the market are on the Internet. I don't recall reading about paving; rather landscaped grounds with walkways. Lots of info about this on facebook.

It's been a market...and that didn't work, now it's a ' beer garden '

they play the most repetitive shitty music every night...and as the music bounces

off the condo buildings it's like an echo chamber.

nightmare for residents..but hey, they don't care...

Well the market has already gone belly up.....now they re-invent it as a beer garden.

they have no respect or care for the hundreds of people living in the condos.

and even if there is only one person there, they will crank the music up so bad even with the doors and windows shut there is no escape.

night after night.....they are ignorant to the extreme....uneducated peasants.

and being Thailand there is nothing you can do.

as for going there as a customer....ridiculous idea, unless they give away ear plugs.
