 More, all of this land 'acqusition' and massive multiple development cost millions of Baht, maybe hundreds of millions of Baht.

 

No matter what story is put forward nobody would ever believe the funds were acquired and available and spent totally without any involvement whatever of the CP man.

In regard to just the development perhaps there should be a law requiring building permits for large scale / potential large scale items to be signed off by the changwat governor and the national office of planning. And the application for such permit required to submit clear evidence of legal ownership of the land including a signed statement by two senior land office official who work in different locations. 

 

And if a construction company proceeds without having a copy of the ultimate approval then they should be strongly punished also.
