Nakadia back to drop it in Bangkok next month

By Todd Ruiz, Editor -

BANGKOK — Long before women became a regular sight in the booth, Nakadia broke into the boys club in Bangkok before migrating to that place all DJs go – Berlin.

But she’s no stranger to her roots and her orbit will bring her fierce mixing and energy back through the kingdom again next month for a series of shows.

Those gigs are like Nazi rallies. I don't get the cult of the DJ or the noise they play. As for the crowd following orders' put yer hands up - put yer <deleted>' . It's depressingly mindless. The drug of choice seems to be red Bull and vodka. I thought techno went out in the early 90s and such banging house had been relegated to a gay ghetto  but it seems to have been reincarnated for Russians and Eastern Europeans. To see Thai falling for this and other MSMUSIC genrsted by MTV And VHM is especially depressing. Pattaya is a nightmare of nauseating hip hop- dreadful souls electropop and some noise that may or may not be a form of techno.  Just hateful.

DJ's suck!! Learn to play an real instrument and create real music instead of ripping off, remixing and ruining the music that people with real talent have created.

Talentless gimps .... nakadia is cute but, might stand next to her box with me hands up ..

Which people with talent created today's music?

Some DJs are also producers who are classically trained.

No one's expecting dinosaurs to learn new tricks but dismissing an entire culture out of sheer ignorance seems to be the form on here

Maybe you could stay on topic instead of going around calling anyone who rejects right-wing, bigoted propaganda designed to appeal to weak-minded, impressionable lower working class lemmings.

Alternatively, you could always post on the Daily Mail's comments page.

Confirmation of what? The fact you can't think for yourself?

Proof that a little knowledge is a dangerous thing

Most people follow the music but if you'd had a clue before mashing that out on your keyboard with your knuckles, you'd have known that, wouldn't you?
