If you list which specific province you wish to pay for land it might generate some recommendations. Real Estate needs "local knowledge" and "legitimate local contacts" in my observations.

The main Farang agent in Udon had to shut up shop recently because he received such a hard time from immigration when trying to renew his work permit.  You will find some posts here on TV about his experiences.

 

You might like to search for a property yourself without relying on an agent.

Looking at Chumphae, Khon Kaen, Isaan or

Chaiyaphum, Isaan.

Farm land in rural location.
