Condo Utility Bill - who has to pay ?

Featured Replies

Hi, i live in a Condo - There is also a Pool and a Gym and i got a 1 year contract.

Usually i pay about 1k Baht in Electricity and a little bit for water

This month i got a bill of 10100 Baht for some kind of Utility Service for 1 year (maybe pool etc. ? )

Its split up weirdly in 29 Units a 348 Baht

Am i supposed to pay that or does the owner of the Condo have to pay for it ?

Thanks a lot

It sounds like the yearly condo fees, payable by the owner. Unless there is a  specific clause in your lease saying otherwise.

Its usually so much per Sqm, which would explain the 29 units.
