Can anybody recommend a good tech support for android/ samsung phone -- in Pattaya

Featured Replies

I have a raft of ridiculous but complex problems in my internet activities , ( which could be related to a security issue i had previous ) so the person would need above average English skills than most at Tukom etc

Thank you

When I struggled to find out how to add a ringtone and a few other problems with my Samsung phone even after reading the manual over and over someone suggested Youtube. Sure enough I typed in my problem and dozens of how to videos popped up making it really easy

Hello -- Im afraid its more complex than adding a ringtone - if you can see this link
http://forums.androidcentral.com/showthread.php?t=731004

It has a few examples of what i am experiencing , youtube is good yes I agree , but i cant get to the root of my problems from videos -- i really need a human tech to handle this -- im exhausted mentally and physically

Did you have these issues before you installed Kaspersky's mobile solution?

If in doubt as to the integrity of your machine, back up your data and run a Hard Reset.

Hard reset I tried that aug 22 , issues continued after , worse in fact

Kaspereny mobile solution ?? Which one
Is there a vunerability problem with their apps ???

But yes i did have issues before i installed Kaspereny -- the reason i tried K was that i had Norton mobile security app installed , (and it was a device admin also ) -- but on at least 2 occasions i found that the browser protection options had been turned off overnight -- not by me , hardly by Norton , and they were unable to give me a reason as to why my device browsers was unprotected if i went online -- but something bypassed a device administrator control and turned off the option --- that was pretty much the start of the issues - but that was before Kaspereny was installed

Perhaps check the integrity of your storage. SD card and internal. Perhaps a hardware fault.

Could your device have been rooted?

I also read about this: http://www.express.co.uk/life-style/science-technology/617792/Lookout-Android-App-Store-Virus-Root-Smartphone

Unfortunately, I don't even own an Android device, so cannot help beyond the cursory.
