KhonKaenKowboy Posted October 24, 2016 Posted October 24, 2016 ...No, not really, but I noticed a lot of the "Digital Nomad" types were talking this stuff up on the various local FB groups. I had a hunch, and I Googled it. I'm almost ashamed that it took me so long to find out; it's a Ponzi, make no mistake about it. It just about makes those "drop shipping" seminars look like proper uni courses. So, just how big is this in CM? Do you know people involved with it? Have you ever participated? Would you like to defend it? http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3418902/Husband-wife-life-coaches-sued-30million-claims-business-actually-Ponzi-scheme-ripped-clients-investors.html
tonray Posted October 24, 2016 Posted October 24, 2016 I want a coach to tell me how I can escape the Matrix
Chicog Posted October 24, 2016 Posted October 24, 2016 My ex-wife fell for this. Although she was a raging alcoholic and barely capable of keeping her own life together, this smooth talking dipstick convinced that she had all it took to become a life coach herself, simply for the payment of ...$$$.... You have to be as dumb as a rock to fall for this shit.
CNXBKKMAN Posted October 24, 2016 Posted October 24, 2016 'I'm sassy, I'm sexy, I'm sensational!'......lol
TheSiemReaper Posted October 24, 2016 Posted October 24, 2016 Life coaching is a real profession. Heck, you can even get academic certification in that field. However, it all boils down to "ask questions about people's problems" and then ask them to solve them themselves. It's the biggest load of hooey in history. But it keeps idiots in work and idiots out of trouble all the same. This ponzi scheme is probably better value than most life coaching experiences but don't forget that when in doubt; digital nomads don't want to work - they want to sign up for any program that promises millions for nothing instead. I feel a life coaching seminar coming on any minute now...
KhonKaenKowboy Posted October 24, 2016 Author Posted October 24, 2016 Looks like some of the crooks circulated through the CM Forum about five years ago.
