Sports Coat (suit jacket) for teenager

Want a sport coat for a 13 yr old Thai boy

 

No problem find for my 4 yr old and 11 yr old as they are child sized but the 13 yr old would need a small mens are larger boys size and it's hard to find.

 

Been in Central Festival to many shops incl Central Dept Store.

 

Might have to have one tailor made but rather buy off the rack if anyone has an ides where to look.
