Does anyone know if there wil be Christmas lights around Siam Square and Ratchaprasong this year? Esplanade has xmas lights and trees outside already.

But I wouldn't be surprised if the theme will be all white lights rather than multicoloured.

I might be wrong but I just returned from Loi Krathong in Chang Mai and the whole theme up there including the parade was silver white and black. No colour

I'll find out in a couple of hours as going to explore. The lights outside esplanade are indeed white. Loy Krathong in Bangkok was pretty good, plenty of colour with the krathongs.

There is nothing happening yet, walked from Chid Lom BTS along Ratchaprasong to Central World, Siam Paragon, MBK, Siam Square, hardly any Christmas stuff and no lights, looks like it's either too early or cancelled.
