Black Lacquer in a can where?

This for painting on to metal.  I've only found it at HomePro 990 baht for a gallon.

 

I don't need that much, just a quart or a liter.  Several big paint stores don't carry it.

There is a shop on the same road as the UN Irish pub but very close to the moat. I cant remember the name of it but its a very good paint shop.  He stocks Leonard cans of spray paint (Lacquer) and would be my best guess for a place to try for standard cans of paint.

 

The shop is on the left as you head towards In Irish about 10-20 metres from the moat.
