I think you'll find it difficult to find a café selling cat meat anywhere in Thailand, let alone Bangkok. Even dog meat isn't really sold publicly and just type of thing to have at a private roast, not a public café.

Try CatUp... not near Sukhumwit, but it's by the BTS Sala Daeng/MRT Silom station, on the north side of Silom Rd. just west of the station.

You would think this thread is a gag, but I think it's real.

Having cat's in a cafe would be a reason to leave for me. Hygiene, smell, allergies?

Free world I guess.

Usually I assume the cats are in a separate area, as they are in the one or two I've been to.  And that people allergic to cats would not go; that's like saying "what do people who are allergic to shellfish do in seafood places??"  As far as hygiene, I doubt cats are any dirtier than some of the people I see, including small children running around with wet coughs not covered or dirty hands touching everything, or diapers being changed on top of tables (which I have heard of but, thankfully, never personally seen).

absolute rubbish !

the whole idea of cat cafes is you can go in after cleaning / washing your hands outside

as you are more likely to be dirtier  than the cats !

and sit down in a room full of 10 to 20 pedigree / different breeds of cats of all shapes and sizes

and colours

you have a drink and something to eat while you sit down and play / stroke / watch

them while you have it

the food etc is usually quite expensive and thats how they make a profit

ps ... on weekends / hollidays in chiang mai they sometimes only let you stay an hour

as they are so busy and ive been in many cat cafes that are cleaner than hospitals

as they constantly clean the cafe and the cats all day coz when youve paid 15

thousand baht for one cat and you have 15 or 20 of them

people tend look after them !

Yeah I just googled it, it's actually a real thing, big in Japan apparently, they seem to have a lot of themed cafés over there from cosplay dressed service girls to undressed service girls. Perhaps cat cafés aren't the only big café idea to try in Thailand...
