Manage AIS wifi

Hi all, my girlfriend has an iPhone and wants to connect to my condo's wifi but AIS somehow overrides this and, effectively, AIS wifi is the only one she can use. How do use settings for her to connect to the wifi provider she wants. On my iPad (True sim) I have no such problem.  Cheers.

If she goes to Settings > WiFi and sees your condo WiFi on the list under "Choose a Network" does it connect when she presses it?

 

I would like to know how iOS prioritizes which WiFi network to join where more than one is available, too.  For some reason it seems to be prioritizing AIS over your condo WiFi, but why?

When you get the list of available wifi networks try selecting AIS and then 'forget this network'. You can always log back in again later. Then see if it connects to the condo wifi.
