One, drinking beetroot juice is equivalent to jogging everyday; two, doing grip strength exercises for 16 minutes (including rest time), 3 times a week, is equivalent to going to the gym and doing 3 one hour sessions; three, smoking significantly decreases your risk of dementia.

I agree wholeheartedly with the OP

 

1. Drinking beetroot juice is the equivalent of jogging.
    Pointless and unpleasant, but beetroot juice might do less damage to your knees.

2. Doing grip strength exercises gets you bored more quickly than going to the gym.  Agreed.  If you want a strong right wrist, then you can't beat a wank - unlike an egg.

3.  Smoking prevents dementia.  Most smokers don't live that long.
