If you you are a house owner who has to report the arrival of foreign tenants or guests, note that the immigration police office is still functioning amidst the rubble at the back of the Airport Immigration site.  Those with a TM30 and who are still at the same address can go and check in there themselves to avoid bothering their landlord/host.

I mention this because we sent a friend to Promenada to get his done and they were very unhelpful - more or less just said we're not interested and didn't even point him in the right direction.

 

If you are only staying at someone's house for a few days or a week, do you still have to report?  It just seems silly if you spend the night at a friends house.
