Not sure KK is wanting that. I think I have read they will accept them that are up to 6 months old.

This directive says it is 6 months. Immigration directive for income letters.pdf

Can I change this for a 90 day Non Imm O based on Marriage at my IO?

Udon immigration is not authorized to do the change to a non-o. They will tell you to go to Vientiane for a non-o visa or Bangkok to do to the change (requires 2 trips 15 days apart).

What can it be extended to if there are at least 21 days remaining?

For an extension there is no 21 day remaining requirement.

As I wrote you cannot do the change at Udon immigration.

You can extend your 30 day entry for 30 days.

You can extend your 30 day visa exempt stamp with 60 days as you are married to a Thai.

From Police order 138/2557

2.24 In the case of visiting a spouse or children who are of Thai nationality:
Each permission shall be granted for no more than 60 days.

1. Application form.
2. Copy of applicant’s passport.
3. Copy of household registration certificate.
4. Copy of national ID card of the person having Thai nationality.
5. Copy of a marriage certificate or copy of a birth certificate.

I have been in the past, maybe 6 years ago, yeah its a dull day at the embassy.  The city must have improved/developed in that time?

So, to get your marriage visa will you apply in Bangkok?
