Two suspected robbers, one wearing a helmet and the other in blue T-shirt behind him, re-enact their alleged crime at the mouth of a small soi in Lat Phrao district in Bangkok yesterday.

Two men charged in stabbing death met in jail and carried out series of thefts

TWO MEN who have been charged with murder after the fatal stabbing of a man on a Bangkok street have extensive criminal records, according to police.

Riding a motorcycle, the two men allegedly killed Wasin Luangjame, 26, to rob him of his iPhone. Police say the pair met in jail while serving time for earlier crimes and allegedly carried out a series of robberies together after they were released.

I like the Chinese justice system. As soon as they determine that a person has absolutely nothing but grief to dish out they just take them behind the police station and put one behind their ear

Or as soon as one political rival gets too powerful or a businessman fails to pay monthly bribe  or ...... -- they take them out and put one behind their ear. Great system for some but I don't see people racing to relocate to China.

How the hell were these guys ever let out?

Police said both suspects were considered dangerous.

Probation Department director general Naras Savestanan said Kittikorn had been put on probation before but he had never reported to officials.

So it sounds like he was put on probation sometime in the last ten years. Never reported. Never picked up b y the police.

Maybe, just maybe now they will recognize what mistakes they made. No, they are not capable of rationalizing anything.

“So in the end, a court in Samut Prakan sentenced him to one month in jail for one of his crimes,” Naras said.

Corrections Department director general Kobkiat Kasivivat said that as a repeat offender, Kittikorn would be put in the “bad inmate category” if he is found guilty and would face a longer jail term than others.

Nine previous crimes and they finally gave him one month jail time. Sounds like he was arrested but never jailed in the past ten years of his criminal past before the one month recently. So now (as a repeat offender having served virtually no jail time) he can expect a longer jail term than the others of maybe two months. I say execute the bastard!!!!!!!!!!!!

What an entirely <deleted>%^&*ed up system. And the leaders by admitting it with these statements and their prior actions are to stupid to even realized how bad it is.

So many poster here are correct when they say that we could not even make this stuff up.

Shows up the judicial system as a joke. Another organization needing serious reform...

Its the only organisation that needs reform because if laws were inforced correctly by the RTP and the courts without external influence manys of Thailands problems would not exist today.

That, however would mean all people be treated equally but there is a selected group who believe the law does not apply to them.

They believe their birth right is to be treated more equally than others!

Guess you need some reading comprehension,  the poster was referring to being released from detention earlier for previous offences.
