Ed Visa Or Multiple Visa In Singapore?

Featured Replies

Hello Everyone!

I currently attend AUA in Bangkok and they offered to give me an ED visa, but will need to travel to Singapore. No problem, but has anyone out there received an ED visa from Singapore? What was your experience? Also, can I get a double- or multiple-entry visa? I'm not married and I'm not working in Thailand. Just want simplicity. Any and all advice will be helpful!!! :o Thanks!!!

You can change your tourist visa exemption stamp over to a "ED" visa inside Thailand as long as you have 15 days remaining.

If you want to go to Singapore, get a 90 day "ED" visa in Singapore and do the ewxtension of stay permit inside Thailand.

Thanks so much for the quick response!!! Unfortunately, my visa expires on the 22nd so I will have to do another border run. :o After that, do I go to the immigration office in the Satorn area? Does Singapore have double- or multiple-entry visas? Thanks again for your assistance!!! :D

You can go to Sathorn area for Immigration afterwards. You only need a single visa and do the extension in BKk.
