Hi is there any rental form i can download give to landlord to fill it up and take it to imm. to get cert of residence for banks. Thx

You can get one in most book and stationary shops in Thai.

It may be possible to download one but I have not seen one.

By far the best and fair contract and around for more than a decade.

 

My current landlord and me use this contract and I would not rent any place anymore without using just this one specific contract
