February 5, 20179 yr Once again my sincere compliments for the police guiding the increased traffic flow in and out of town during the flower festival. It amazes me every time again how they fail to have officers at the main bottlenecks going in and out of Chiang Mai. After 6 and in the weekends or with festivities its always the worst. Is there really nobody in the government that sees it is not working like this ?
