Bit too much in the wild jungle for me.  I prefer the relatively tame areas where there are less cougars and ambiphilians.

natural wonders     I would point out there are many "unnatural wonders" in Soi 6 and elsewhere

  • Pattaya's police chief would have been better to just keep his mouth shut and let the Mirror article be forgotten.

  • This is nonsense. Everyone knows that tourists come to Pattaya to be mugged on Beach Road, have their pockets picked on Bahtbuses, to be targeted by police for imaginary traffic violations, to be over

I'm thinking about planning a bird watching trip in November to Pattaya National Park.

November is a good time to go. You can expect to see bushtits, warblers, brown boobies, and even the occasional hoary puffleg and cock-of-the-rock.

the ones in cages!

Actually, he is completely right. Reproduction and mating rituals are essential parts of nature. Every single little critter does these things in the forests and beaches of Chonburi. 100% Thamachat!

PATTAYA: -- Pattaya's police chief has hit back at claims that Pattaya is only about sex by saying that tourists come to the resort for its natural wonders.

There's delusional, more delusional, and then Thai beliefs! What does he mean with 'natural wonders': the turds in the sea, the sewage, garbage mounts, the rabid soi dogs, or what? ?

It would almost be a crime not to add the tangled, bundled and dangling electrical spaghetti to the laundry list of "natural wonders"...

What rock had this police chief been living under??  have been coming here since 76', and even back then Patts was the place.......... so tell me someone.... what's wrong with the picture????

Its all about saving face. We will show you we are not the sex capital.

I wouldnt be booking any trip to Pattaya this season.

I do.  I love Nong Nooch garden, walking around the top of the hill near the Big Buddha.
