Divorce in thailand

We see lots of questions about marriage in this forum...

But how about divorce.. Obviously if you just had a Thai party to get married then nothing needs to be done, but if the marriage was registerred in Thailand what process needs to occur for divorce?

If in agreement you both show up at the District Office and sign the paperwork.  Law says anything during marriage is joint property so you work that out and officials will help.  If there is not agreement don't know, but assume you are in for a legal session and will probably need to have a law firm help.
