PS: I don't know where you are in CM but there's a place that sells foam etc. It's on the left, along the 118 going towards Doi Saket. It's signed in English and is before the Tesco Express, the 7/11, the small market and the footbridge over the road

Foam Factory is your best bet.

 

But if you are in a pinch you can get it at Big C or Lotus in the kids department in colorful large blocks. Yoga mats are also made from the same foam. Baan and Beyond has a lot of it as well, various colors and textured. Good for standing on. It's all just EVA foam.

 

You can also get black rolls of it at various shops around town where they make truck seat covers.
