LONDON (Reuters) – Technology companies must cooperate more with law enforcement agencies and should stop offering a “secret place for terrorists to communicate” using encrypted messages, British interior minister Amber Rudd said on Sunday.

Heavy rains paralyse several Bangkok streets

BANGKOK: -- Heavy rains early Monday caused traffic snarls on several Bangkok streets even before the rush hours, police and traffic radio station JS 100 reported. Among those that became congested following the rains were the local road along the Ram-Indra expressway, the notorious Lat Phrao intersection and the inbound Rama VIII Road.

PHUKET: -- Electricity supply will be temporarily shut down in some parts of Thalang tomorrow (Mar 28) so that workers can upgrade high-voltage lines, the Phuket Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) has announced.

PHUKET: -- One person was killed and at least 10 more injured on Saturday afternoon when a minivan driver lost control of his vehicle causing him to collide with two other vehicles in Phang Nga province, north of Phuket.

Srisuwan approaches Ombudsman over Army officer’s remark in Chaiyaphoom case
