I went there.  To some extent, it looked like it was working.   Then, when I tried entering an ad, it repeatedly indicated that I didn't type in the code correctly.  The scrambled letters on the code look awful.  One letter was a backwards N.  What letter is that?   I was ready to pay to have my ad entered, but gave up after 3 failed attempts.  If the site isn't working, there should be a clear message indicating that.   Otherwise, people like me will waste time (on a non-working site) and become frustrated.   No fun.
