Can't answer the question but I had an issue with SI last year, ended up in the E.R., saw a couple of Dr.'s and then ended up at physical therapy at Rajavej. The Dept. head who was my therapist recommended the big rubber ball for SI issues.

 

Fortunately she was able to work out the problem with heat, ultrasound, manipulation and TENS over about a two week period. But had that not worked, she suggested the ball which she said could be purchased at the sporting goods shop inside Robinson Airport Plaza.

I'm pretty sure I've seen them at Decathlon inside the Tesco Lotus on Hang Dong rd.   Check there along with the other sport stores.
