President Trump lauded the work of the Thai government

Trump has ended 200 years of American values in foreign affairs as a beacon of democracy.

Trump's gracious contacts with China, Russia, Thailand and The Philippines without consideration of human rights may be just the beginning.

Recently US Secretary of State Tillerson said that the United States can't always afford to condition its foreign relationships and national security efforts on countries adopting U.S. values like human rights.

While the U.S. should and will require other nations to adopt "certain actions as to how they treat people" if they want to cooperate with the U.S., the U.S. would continue advocating for its values without using them as leverage.

The flame of liberty on America's Statute of Liberty has been reduced to a spark.

Okay, all hunky dory now that the US President understands, I guess.

Yes, must have been a riveting conversation, our "Head Honcho" who apparently cannot speak or understand English, conversing through an interpreter then relayed through Trumps US/Thai interpreter!

Don't trust trump would be my advice

Good advice. Sometimes he is making questionable decisions because he is nuts, sometimes because of his ego, and often because he has no idea of what is going on around him. Either way those associated with him stand to be left holding the bag.
