Maternity DNA test in Thailand

Recently I found my birth mom is Thai and lucky enough I found her though Social Media, she provided me her Thai ID copy, however her current Thai ID name doesn't match my birth certificate, she claim she change name few times over the year, I understand it's very comment people change their name in Thailand, as she left me when I was very very young ( under 1), I don't have any memory or picture of her. I need Maternity DNA test to confirm she is my mom before I start build up relationship with her.

Any recommendation for reliable Maternity DNA test in Bangkok/ Pattaya area? what's the Cost?

If she is truly my mom, the DNA report will be useful for apply my Thai ID in future, is any restricted DNA test center list for that?
