Hi guys & girls,

 

Just wondering if there are any English speaking TV members here who have extensive experience with the local hotel industry.

 

Would love to pick the brain of that person. Paid obviously.

 

My girlfriend and I will soon have the keys to a townhouse near Tha Pae gate that we want to re-develop. At this point looking for a 'sparring partner' to throw our ideas at. We're particularly interested in information on how to structure the lease agreement with the landlord, seeing that we're investing heavily in something that's not ours. That investment obviously needs to be reflected in the agreement.
