Selling Land in Hua Hin area

Hi, folks in Hua Hin,
Do any of you good people know of a reliable Real Estate Agent or Office in Hua
Hin?
My wife has some land there, and wants to sell.  We made an attempt at doing this
in April 2013, and found an agent by a simple Google search, who met us on the
site of the property.  He told us he would advertise it on their Company website
and would be in touch with us.
Since that meeting we have heard nothing from him, and looking at their website,
my wife's land did not appear, even after several weeks.  Also there is no physical
address for this Company.  The man was English and pleasant enough, but I have
the feeling he was not really interested.  Maybe not rich enough for him; it's only
one rai and in a less developed area.
Location information that I can give, from Google Earth is:
9.26 Km heading 90 deg (due West) to coast;
1.45 Km heading 198 deg to intersection Hwy 2 and Hwy 3218;
distances are measured directly point to point, and not by road.
He also told us at that time that the expected sale price might be up to to 1.5M
Baht.
