I really wonder where they get their figures.

 

I measured the tunnel with my car odometer, while not precise it will give an indication that is very near.

 

The covered part of the tunnel is less than 700 meters, with on each side approx 250 meter of uncovered entrance/exit, for a total of less than 1.2 kilometer.

 

Maybe the 1.9 kilometers is including the money under the table for the government officials
